Lists of real estate licensees and registered business names (real estate and property management companies) are available for download in a CSV format.
The downloads contain the licensee's name or registered business name, mailing address, county, employer (if any), license number, license issue date, license expiration date, license type, and license restrictions (if any). Data is refreshed each night.

Please note: If you are a real estate licensee, you may submit a written request to the Agency to not disclose your name and address. The request must demonstrate to the Agency's satisfaction that your personal safety, or the personal safety of a family member residing with you, is in danger if your address is available for public inspection. Please review ORS 192.445 and OAR 137-004-0800 regarding the process to request a public records personal safety exemption.
