| Byron Hendricks (2012 Chairperson) |

Current term: 10/15/11-10/14/15
Byron was first licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1985. He obtained his associate broker license in 1989, and his designated broker license in 1992. He is currently president and principal broker of Prudential Real Estate Professionals, which has offices along the I-5 Corridor. He holds the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation. Byron has served in leadership positions in the Oregon Association of Realtors®, as well as with Oregon Real Estate Forms, Inc. His community involvement includes several civic and charitable organizations.

Bob has been licensed in Oregon since 1996. He is co-founder and principal broker of Commercial Realty Advisors Northwest, LLC (CRA) in Oregon. CRA represents retailers and shopping centers throughout Oregon and SW Washington. Prior to forming CRA, Bob worked with Maybourne Real Estate, Pacific Rim Development and Pan Pacific Development.
Bob is a Board Member and Past President of the Commercial Association of REALTORS® of Oregon and southwest Washington, a board member of the Commercial Real Estate Economic Coalition (CREEC), a member of the Real Estate Team for the Presbytery of the Cascades, a member of the Urban Land Institute, and former State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers.
He is a graduate of Washington University School of Law and has a M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin School of Business. Bob resides with his wife Sally and two kids in Lake Oswego and in his free time enjoys tennis, skiing and hiking at Mt. Hood.

Lee was born in Vancouver, Washington. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he worked as an instructor for Standard Oil Company of California, and then for Sales Training, Inc. Lee obtained his Oregon salesperson license in 1978. He is now a Vice-President of Prudential Northwest Properties and the Principal Broker for Prudential Taylor & Taylor in Lincoln City. He holds the GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute) and the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designations. He has served in numerous leadership positions in the Salem Board of Realtors®, Washington County Board of Realtors®, Portland Board of Realtors®, Portland Metropolitan Board of Realtors® and Oregon Association of Realtors®.
He and his wife Sheana live in Northwest Portland with their Scottish Terrier, Watson.

Marcia is a residential sales broker with Prudential Real Estate Professionals in Eugene. She is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Oregon.
Marcia currently serves on the board of directors for both the University of Oregon Alumni Association and the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce. She was appointed by Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy for the Mayoral Committee on Homelessness which seeks financial support and strategies for ending homelessness.
Marcia most often spends her free time with her two daughters in basketball gyms, on the water or in the snow.

Diana is owner and co-founder of Barrington Management LLC, which specializes in property development. She is also vice president of Oak Grove Cinemas, Inc.
Ms. Emami serves as a vice president of the Portland Lithuanian Community and as a board member on Umpqua Bank Metro Divisional Advisory Board. She is an active community member and an avid volunteer.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Vilnius University. Born in Lithuania, Ms. Emami currently resides in Lake Oswego with her husband David and their two children. In her free time, she enjoys boating, golfing, skiing, and photography.

Jef Farley is co-owner of Coldwell Banker Whitney and Associates in Pendleton. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate sales in Eastern Oregon. He has been a full-time real estate professional since 1991 starting with The Lutz Snyder Co. in the Portland metro area. He moved back to his home town of Pendleton in 1994 for the lifestyle rural Oregon offers.
Jef has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a real estate emphasis from the University of Montana. He was president of the Umatilla County Board of Realtors® in 1996, 2002 and 2006. He was Realtor® of the Year in 1999. In his free time he enjoys the great outdoors, having fun with family and friends and playing music with his band.

Association of Realtors®, a commissioner for the Coos County Planning Commission and a certified mediator. She is proud to be the mother of two, the grandmother of eight and a native Oregonian.

Christopher Hermanski founded Mainlander Property Management in Lake Oswego in 1981. He is past (2003) President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He has been a member of NARPM since 1994 and has earned his RMP (Residential Management Professional) and MPM (Master Property Manager) designations and helped guide his company to its CRMC (Certified Residential Management Company) designation. Chris has served on several Oregon Real Estate Agency committees involved in rule making and other property management related issues. He is currently a Board member of the Metro Multi-Family Housing Council in Portland. Chris has served in his kid's schools and supports his daughter's horse show jumping career. He is also active in his church. Chris is a native of Southern California; he resides in Tualatin with his wife, Kathi, and two of their four children.

Coni Rathbone is an attorney and shareholder of Zupancic Rathbone Law Group in Lake Oswego. She has practiced exclusively in real estate and corporate law for over 23 years, 20 years of that at Davis Wright Tremaine. Coni's practice focuses on real estate, corporate, LLC and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions.
She is a member and 2011 President of the Oregon Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), member of the Portland Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and serves on the board of the Oregon chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.
Coni is a native Oregonian and is married to Dr. Gail F. Ott. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, and relaxing at their lake house.
